Bishop McCraney–

Received his Baccalaureate, from the University of Akron and his Masters, from International Apostolic University, where he is also a Doctoral student.

As an educator, He has held the positions of Teacher, Counselor, Asst. Principal, Principal & Superintendent for both Public and Charter schools.  

Bishop McCraney, was appointed to the office of Bishop with the World Assemblies of Restoration Inc. (W.A.R.), under the leadership of the Honorable Bishop James D. Nelson Sr. He served in that Reformation as General Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Presbyters and Diocesan of OH, NC, FL, and GA.

Bishop McCraney, is married to Charlotte Rayford, of Fort Worth, TX. for 40 yrs. They have been blessed with three (3) children and ten (10) grandchildren.

Bishop McCraney, serves as the senior pastor of The City of Refuge Ministry, in Louisville, KY.
